Within the scope of Ford Trucks Roadside Assistance services, breakdown assistance is provided free of charge during the warranty and Ford Assurance period, provided that repairs are carried out at authorized Ford Trucks service centers. In the event of an accident, towing services are provided free of charge, regardless of the warranty or Ford Assurance status.

Transportation to Retrieve the Vehicle:If the customer leaves the location where the faulty vehicle is being repaired, the Service Provider will arrange the necessary organization for the customer to retrieve the repaired vehicle. The transportation service for retrieving the vehicle is limited to one person.

Legal Notice:
These services are provided if the vehicle is towed to an authorized Ford Trucks service center and cannot be repaired on the same day.Flight Ticket; Provided in economy class if the bus journey exceeds 6 hours, covering as many passengers as indicated on the vehicle registration, including the driver.Taxi Service; Available once per roadside assistance incident, up to 150 TL, depending on availability.Accommodation; If the breakdown occurs at least 120 kilometers away from the driver’s residence, accommodation is provided for up to two days with full board at a four or five-star hotel (or an equivalent) near the breakdown location.
